Helpful friendly staff who were happy to share their local knowledge of the beautiful city of Milan. We ate out at inexpensive restaurants but do be aware it is best not to get caught out, last orders are relaxed until 9.30pm. Be prepared to walk to find what you desire. Don’t be afriad to use trams or the underground. They are on your doorstep, cheap and easy to use. Make sure to buy tickets well in advance from Tabacci and the central station to ensure your day runs smoothly. Would definitely use this hotel again. In fact, I’d have rather kept it a secret!!

Excellent location, next to Statione Centrale; very good if you need to take the shutle buses to airports. Also, very close to Corso Buenos Aires (shopping district) and several metro stations.

The shower was very strange, impossible to keep the bathroom dry… Maybe not all rooms are the same.

The hotel was conveniently located to the Centrale Station and metro and good value. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was fine with reasonable range on tv. Wifi was charged but I could use multiple devices on the one payment by logging out and back in. Overall it fitted my needs of a place to stay on a quick City visit with convenient transport links
