A very nice hotel with a very helpful and friendly staff. Nice rooms, very nice spa, good breakfast – not too much but enough to make you feel well. Nice interior in the dining room – loved the music.
Negative:
The only negative thing was when we got cold coffee in our thermos at the table – the thing was that even the second thermos was almost as cold. But that was only once – the rest of the week it was very good.

Love staying at this hotel.The staff are just wonderful. Nothing seems to be too much trouble. Excellent range of choice for your buffet breakfast. The location is spot on being right in the centre of this great city. Walking distance to Citta Alta, to the train station and many surrounding shops and additional restaurants (if you need to).
Positive:
The location was excellent for visiting the landmarks of the city. We were very close to transport links,shopping, restaurants and pubs. The Funicolare was a short walk away and the Cita Alta was delightful. The rooms were comfortable, clean and warm.

No tea making facilities in the room was a minor complaint and the room did smell of cigarette smoke.

Although the Ground floor and restaurant were finished to a high standard of decor, that can be said of teh rooms. The rooms were very clean however the decor was tied and old looking which was a dissappointment after seeing the nice reception area. The TV programming was very limited, which was disappointing, you would expect a better standard / choice of programming. Although parking was available this was not pointed out to me. and at 15 euro’s per day I thought was very expensive. However after all I did had a pleasant stay

Hotel was very clean. Service was good. Breakfast was good. The location of the hotel was excellent – uptown was just a walk away. Good restaurants near and plenty of shopping places near. To Milan was one hour trip with train and ticket was cheap.

Excellent room with a bath, rather than shower. Hotel Parking was expensive but safe. My wife liked the chocolate on the pîllow! A welcome cocktail was offered with nibbles which was a nice touch.

The Hotel is located in the middle of Bergamo, close to shopping, 10 minutes walk from the tram to old city and 5 minutes from the train station. Nice and helpful staff.
Negative:
We got a room facing the street, and I like to have the window open. But the noice was to heavy. The breakfast buffet was boring.
