The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. I admire their professionalism. Since hotel is very close to Milan Centrale, very short distance, it very easy to get connections by train to other cities one can travel to. I have just found the price little higher as compared to other hotels in the same area.

There is nothing particular that i noticed which i did not like. Generally all was ok.

Adjacent to the Central Milan railway station, the location of the hotel is ideal and the standard of the rooms and the reception services were much better than yare normally found in ‘station’ hotels.

There is a bar in the hotel which is lacking in any kind of atmosphere but, worst of all, was that whilstr this 4-star hotel is quite happy to charge Euro 10 for a gin and tonic, it was explained that there was no ice as the ice machine was currently defective. Ok, it can happen but the ice machine had apparently been defective for 3 days. Does it occur to no-one in the management of the hotel that you can buy bags of ice cubes from a multitude of local shops? Apparently not as the only thing that was offered was an apology for there being no ice. I regard this kind of approach in a 4-star hotel as being totally unacceptable and what coudl have been a successful and to be repeated visit to the hotel, is now in doubt a sfar as I am cocnerned.

The location wasa very good only a short walk to the Hotel from the railway station. The staff at the reception desk were very friendly and gave a good recommendation for dinner.

. In the bathroom was really cold, apparently the window it was not isolated properly.Recommended for a short stay from my point of view.
Good location, private parking and very friendly staff, they were very helpful and willing to help. I would recommend for a short stay, maximum 2 nights , for shopping or for city visit. The plus is that they have also smokers rooms and accept also pets,which is good for those who bring their small companion along as we did. Overall not a bad experience.

Not really a 4 stars hotel as some rooms are still not renovated.We had rooms on the 1st and on the 3rd floor and there were some differences (better on 3rd floor). I guess the higher you get the better it gets

The personnel is very helpful, the breakfast was good. The hotel is well located very close to the Central Railway station of Milan, altough in a very quiet and cozy street. Next time when I am in Milan, I will also put up either in this hotel or in any other hotel of Best Western chain. I am completely satisfied with the price/quality ratio. Overall we had no complaints. Our stay in Milan was just for one night and we chose the hotel because of its location near the central station and would certain select the hotel on next trip to the city.
Negative:
Room was a little small and main entrance door was slightly damaged. Also tried to key in code for safe but it did not work and then we could not get the safe door to close. As we were only staying the one night this was not a huge issue as we had already given our passports to the receptionist.
