The stuff at the reception didn’t want to help us very much, they even rejected to book one place for us. Although our room has been changed after we called and said we did’t like it. Breakfast is poor.

People in the reception didn`t smile at all and they didn`t wish us welcome. Somebody from the staff had been in our room without locking the door afterwards ! Breakfast was OK, location also if You want to accomodation close to the famouse shopping district. We didn`t feel welcome at all and will never go there again. If you are going in to Milan, get accomodation in the Navigli district with the canals. I can suggest Maison Borella, fantastic hotel with great staff and a nice restaurant

I enjoyed the fact that it has free Wi Fi in the entire hotel. Also the breakfast was quite rich (judging by the Italian standards of breakfasts)
