Only that it was close to the underground
    Negative:
Breakfast was very poor. It was not possible to heat up the room. Moreover they closed down the heating system after midnight. The hotel manager was not very friendly, and did not care about the problems of their guests, contrary to the workers in the hotel. There is no shelf in the bathroom and we had to lay our toothbrush and personal care products on the sink. There is no fridge nor even a bottle of water in the room. Internet was expensive

Hotel Serena has a good location by metro, easy walking distance. Also not far away you find plenty of shops. They gave us a room with a nice big balcony however the room was rather small.

We really had difficulties to take a shower as it was extremely small, it was hard to make a step in it. Breakfast was very poor, no fruit, no cereal, just ham, cheese, bread and croissants. For 3 star I would expect more. Dont take a breakfast, rather enjoy some nice bfast in one of the cafes.

Yes, completely reformed hotel. Nice breakfast and good location, 2 underground stops away from Milan central station.
    Negative:
    No, all quite good.

    Excellent location, cheap

On the website it was stated that No Prepayment, no deposit. That’s not true. They deducted the whole sum at once, moreover had to pay again at the end. So waiting to get the money back. Internet- poor and veeerryy expensive. Breakfast- toxiclike juices, very poor. Bread was tasty

The location is just amazing, really close to the central station of milan and next to corso buenos aires where some great shopping can be done, also the lima metro staion is very close, the locaion is just strategic. Really nice hotel with polite and friendly staff and good facilities.
    Negative:
The breakfast was not the best but it was ok, it was too simple and lacked “substance” like eggs or something.

Great location and very good value for money. Highly recommended for families with young children…the two beds for children in the loft were great.
    Negative:
A bigger breafast variety would really top off the whole experience!

Good afternoon! The location, breakfast, room are not bad for 3 star hotel.

But! Stopped for a night April 1, in a Single Room. Unfortunatly, payment was taked TWICE (TOTAL 130 EURO) !!! from my credit card (65 euro per night) and also I HAD TO PAY once again (3d time) by cash for that night (AS THE HOTEL INSISTED). It is terrible service!!! Still I didn’t recieve money back to my credit card (130 euro, that the hotel took when I booked the hotel through booking.com). I will never advise this hotel to any one. As the same problem was with the second room that my parents booked (Room for 3 people, from 01-04 April). Regards, Tatiana

It’s a good hotel to stay in if you are looking for a reasonable prices but want to stay in center. Rooms are clean and have a balcony( we had). Personel were friendly and helpful. Good place to spend couple of nights.
    Negative:
they don’t have any staff for babies-no beds, no chairs…

Unfortunately there was a dispute with a fellow guest with the hotel manager whilst I was trying to check in. Manager should have taken the time to request they took a seat whilst check-in other guests or get another member to staff to check-in other guests whilst he dealt with the issue

Clean, excellent location on Corso Buenos-Aires, 50 m from metro station. Price was ok for Milan for comparing with other hotels.
    Negative:
Rooms are extremelly small, breakfast is modest, internet very expensive. Nothing that can really spoil vacation…
