I loved the serenity of the hotel. I felt safe and above the world it was awesome. The receptionist were very friendly and willing to help. The bathroom is the cleanest I have ever seen, it was spotless.
Negative:
There was no room service and the buffet did not quite have variety. Also to complete the experience romantic movies or entertainment in English would have been good as the only channels were in French and german.

Die Bilder der Zimmer auf der Homepage von Booking.com entsprechen überhaupt nicht dem Zimmer in dem ich untergebracht war….. Auch die Ausstattung, vom Bad bis zum Bett waren den Preis nicht wert.

Der Zuschlag von CHF 50.00 (fünfzig) für einen Hund und eine Nacht ist inakzeptabel! Es ist das höchste was wir je bezahlt haben.

Indrukwekkend panoramisch uitzicht over het meer van Lugano. Het restaurant serveert lekkere en verfijnde gerechten (Zwitsers-Italiaanse keuken). Kamers met comfortabele, zachte bedden (we sliepen er heerlijk!) en een mooi terras. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam hotelpersoneel.

la zona spa-wellness-sauna-piscina un po’ scarsa per le dimensioni della struttura , tutto pulito e compreso nel costo del pernotto ma mi aspettavo di più , non ho usufruito delle prestazioni estetiche-massaggi a pagamento quindi non posso esprimere giudizi riguardo questo aspetto della spa
