The hotel facilities are great as a 5 stars hotel.
Negative:
I stayed more than 4 times in this hotel, the hotel and staff attitude differ according to the season, if it is a low season they are very nice, if it is a high season they don’t care if the guest is satisfied or not, specially if they have alot of vip guests. The hotel adminstration every time I stayed there I feel the are become more and more money oriented and less caring about the guest stisfaction or value for money, specially duing the high season.
Positive:
The room was spacious and bed very comfortable. The hotel was close to the Centrale train station, so we walked (approx 1km). Lobby staff were very helpful. Hotel bar was very nice to sit and enjoy a cocktail before dinner.
Negative:
Wifi was far to expensive, considering the nightly rate the hotel was already charging. Our toilet seat was not attached to the toilet and lights in the bathroom very dirty (full of moisture). It was a shame the rooftop bar was not open, considering it was a hot 26 degree day. We had other friends, a couple like us, who received a free room upgrade, however nothing was offered to us, for the same night’s stay. Location would be ideal for business. Not walking distance to city center for tourist spots.

The Hotel is located in the heart of the city. You can reach everywhere by walk or metro Well furnished and comfortable.

A bottle of water is 12 euro ??? I can understand 5 stars hotel prices but 12 euro for a bottle of water is unaccaptable…

I did not like the “Banging” noise.. I think due to a windy days. But there were slamming doors all night ..

The breakfast was really poor for the price they charge it (40euro per person). Also we have booked 2 same rooms and when we get there we realized that the one was a classic (really small) room and the other was a superior room.
